My name is Cody Sanders, and I’m the owner and inspector behind Iron Anchor Inspections. I’m a husband, a father, and a professional home inspector with over 11 years of hands-on inspection experience.
Iron Anchor Inspections is a family-run business built on hard work, integrity, and accountability. When you schedule an inspection with us, you’re working directly with me — not a call center, not a rotating crew, and not a subcontractor. Every inspection is personally performed with care, consistency, and attention to detail.
I am Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) certified and provide full-service residential inspections, including:

- And all standard home inspection needs

Outside of inspections, I’m proud to be married to my wife Irina, and together we’re raising our two kids — our son Ryder (10) and our daughter Lily (16). Family is at the center of everything we do, and that same sense of responsibility carries into how I approach every home I inspect.
